How does email verification work?
Each address is checked in real time for syntax, MX records, SMTP response and mailbox existence, then scored as Valid, Invalid or Catch-all. One verification costs 1 credit.
What's the difference between verification and catch-all?
Standard verification confirms a mailbox exists. Catch-all domains accept any address, so the Catch All Verifier does a deeper probe to estimate real deliverability — it costs 5 credits per email.
Do my credits expire?
Never. Credits roll over on every purchase and never expire, so you can buy whenever you need and use them at your own pace.
What files can I upload for bulk verification?
CSV, XLSX/XLS and TXT files up to 1GB, with a maximum of 500,000 rows per file. We auto-detect the email column for you.
Can I pause a running job?
Yes — pause any running verification at any time. You're only charged for the emails that have already been verified.
How accurate are the results?
Our deliverability rate typically exceeds 99% accuracy. Disposable, role-based and spam-trap addresses are flagged so you can protect your sender reputation.
